Chimichurri Recipe

Chimichurri is a delightful sauce originating from Argentina and used over grilled meats, and you know what I am going to say, it's PERFECT for BBQ's! 



Prep Time: 5 mins 

Yield: 2 

Shelf life:1 week refrigerated 


Large Bunch Parsley

6 Small Green Chilli's

1 Large Spring Onion

2-3 Garlic Cloves

1/2 tsp Pink Salt

2 tbsp White Wine Vinegar

1/2 cup Olive Oil


What you'll need:

Food Processor 

Spatula

Small Serving Bowl


Method:

Put all the ingredients into the food processor and blitz!

Serve over BBQ Lamb Skewers
