The last time I got on a plane to go anywhere was about 7 months ago to Italy, and although it actually wasn't that long ago, it feels like a lifetime to me. Especially for someone who likes to travel often. However, as you know, life happens, priorities take over, businesses to run, you move house, spend loads of money and you just don't gots time!
Anyway if you're currently in the UK (I acknowledge that I have a great international audience now, hey guys!) the weather has been so lovely! We've actually been blessed so much so that even when the sun isn't physically shining, the weather has been so warm and delightful (thank You Jesus).
No complaints from me, only that it inspires me to recreate some of my favourite international dishes from hot climates. If you're familiar with Spanish food, you must have tried Gambas al Pil Pil aka Sizzling Prawns/Shrimp, a Spanish tapas favourite made in a spicy garlicky sauce. It is so delicious. I have it any time without fail when I visit Spain and you guys know I live for anything that involves prawns.
