Fish has got to be one of my favourite dishes to make. Not only are there endless health benefits, it is a light dish that doesn't leave you feeling bloated after eating it. It is also quick and easy to make and lastly is claimed to have amazing effects on your skin. This is a recipe I create often and since sharing on my Instagram and Snapchat you guys have asked for me to share.

Prep time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 20 miniutes
Ingredients:
1 Whole Sea bass x 2 Garlic Cloves
Small Ginger Root
Handful Fresh Parsley
1 tbsp Dried Herbs
1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp Black Pepper 4 tbsp Olive Oil 1 Lemon
Himalayan Salt (to taste)
What you'll need:
1 Mortar & Pestle Grill Tray
Method
Start by chopping your garlic cloves and ginger root with the skin on. Add all herbs, spices, salt, with chopped garlic and ginger into a mortar & pestle, then add olive oil and grind together, making a thick textured paste. Place the whole sea bass onto a grill tray and carefully score the side of the fish with a sharp knife. Repeat again on the other side.
With your hands, or a pastry brush, taking generous amounts, massage the garlic and herb mix onto the skin of the fish and inside. Slice lemon into halves and place into the scores you made in the sides of the fish.
Place the sea bass under the grill for 20 minutes, grilling each side for 10 minutes on a medium to high temperature. After 20 minutes, the fish should be thoroughly cooked through and ready to serve. Enjoy!
