Grilled Salmon Slide


My 20 minute lunch today was this simple Grilled Salmon Slide served along side some left over Chimichurri I made for a chicken roast a few weeks ago. You can check out my recipe for roast chicken and Chimichurri here and watch the video tutorial @thepantryprojectonline.

Ingredients:


1 Salmon Slide 

1 Lemon 

2 Garlic Cloves, minced 

3 tbsp Basil infused or regular olive oil

Fresh Parsley, chopped

Dried Parsley

Chilli flakes 

Crushed pepper corns

All purpose seasoning 

Method: 


In a pestle and mortar add all the seasonings to your taste together. Add oil and mix. Using your hands or a pastry brush rub the marinade onto the salmon on both sides. 

Place salmon slide onto a grill rack and add the slice lemons on top, garnish with fresh parsley and grill for 15/20 minute on a medium to high heat. 

Once ready, remove from rack and garnish with more fresh parsley before serving.
