Organic Apple, Parsley & Sage Chicken Balls

It’s coming home!

Prep Time: 35 mins Cooking Time: 15 mins Serves: 4-5


Ingredients: 2 Organic Red Apples 

2 Organic Chicken Breast Fillets

2 Organic Chicken Thighs (skinless) 

1 tsp Parsley (fresh or dried)

1 tsp Dried Sage 

1/2 tsp Black Pepper 

2 Chicken Stock Cubes 

1/2 tsp Paprika 

1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper

1/2 tsp Garlic Granules 


Method: Start by peeling the apples and grating them into a bowl. 

Squeeze the grated apple to remove any excess water and discard.

Cut all the chicken into chunks and add into a food processor along with the apples, seasonings and blitz.

Using your hands, scoop the chicken pate and roll into small bitesize balls. 

Heat up the frying pan with oil and shallow fry for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown. 

Serve with my sweet potato wedges or plantain fries and chilli Mayo.
