The other day I really wanted some quick prawns for dinner as a side dish so I came up with this yummy recipe which I know you will all love.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 minutes
1 pack of raw Argentinian shelled prawns
3 tbsp Corn Flour
2 tbsp Seafood Seasoning
1 tbsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning
1 whole Lemon Zest
Chopped Spring Onion, Red Birds Eye Chilli and Parsley.
In a small bowl add the cornflour along with the seafood seasoning, lemon pepper seasoning and lemon zest.
Peel your prawns leaving only the tail, rinse and pat dry.
Toss in your seasoned cornflour until all parts are evenly coated.
Heat up a wok with oil and then fry for 3-4 mins.
Transfer prawns unto kitchen tissue to drain any excess oil.
Garnish and serve.
