This sweet Sticky Honey Ginger Sauce is great over everything. If you constantly crave sweet and savoury like me, you wont have any regrets brushing this over lamb, chicken, fish or veg.

Prep Time: 5 mins
Cooking Time: 5-8 mins
Shelf Life: 1 week
Ingredients:
1 Fresh Ginger
Fresh Garlic
6 tbsp Organic Honey
1/2 Lemon
1 tsp Mixed Herbs
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Black Pepper
2 tsp Corn Starch
1/2 Lemon
2 tsp Sesame Seed oil
Himalayan Salt (to taste)
Water
What you'll need:
Sauce Pan Knife
Chopping Board
Spatula
Sauce Pan
Spoons
Method:
First slice fresh garlic into long thin matchsticks and chop your garlic.
Heat up a sauce pan with sesame seed oil and add in the ginger and garlic.
Cook till it becomes aromatic and golden brown.
Next add in your honey, herbs & spices, black pepper, squeezed lemon and himalayan salt if needed. Stir and bring to a boil on a low to medium heat for 5 minutes.
In a cup, add the corn flour starch and add 2 tbs of cold water. Mix till all the corn starch dissolves and there are no lumps.
Stir as you pour corn starch mix into your honey and ginger sauce to thicken. Your sauce will start to become thick and sticky. Take it off the heat and leave to cool down, ready to brush onto your choice of meat or veg.
