Sweet Grilled Salmon with Kiwi Salsa

Don't dull. This super easy recipe is one of our go to at our house. Full of so much flavour, what more can you ask for?

My mouth watering plate of Sweet Grilled Salmon and Kiwi Salsa is full of so much goodness.



Kiwi Salsa

1 kiwi

¼ red onion

½ Red Jalepeno or bird eye chilli

1 garlic clove

Salt and pepper

½ lemon or lime

1tbsp sesame seed oil

Olive oil

Marinade for the Salmon

Chopped parsley

Pinch of salt

2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari sauce

Freshly ground black pepper

3 tbsp of honey

1 tsp of fish seasoning or fish sauce

1tbsp sesame seed oil


Method: Salmon

For the marinade for the salmon, mix all of the ingredients together in a small bowl

Once combined cover the Salmon and set it aside while you prepare the Kiwi Salsa

Method: Kiwi Salsa

Peel your Kiwi and dice it as small as possible. Dice your red onion. Slice and dice the garlic clove, also dice the chilli as fine as possible.

To season your Kiwi Salsa, sprinkle some Parsley, some pink Himalayan Salt along with Black Pepper, some lemon/lime juice and Olive Oil and mix all of the ingredients together.

Now that the Kiwi Salsa has been made the next step would be to grill the Salmon for about 6 minutes on each side
