If it's not grilled, its pan-fried! So I decided to actually just steam my Salmon on this occasion which is so rare for me. I also had ran out of my go to lemons when making fish, so I used organic oranges from Graig Farms as an alternative. Remember you can get 10% off your order using my code, ALEXIS10.
To my surprised, this totally improvised recipe came out delicious, not to mention the great freshness from the salmon, the quality was superb and the fillet was generous in size. You can order it here and it will come to you the next day!

Cooking Time: 15 mins
*All fresh ingredients used for this recipe are organic from Graig Organic Farms unless otherwise stated.
1 large or 2 Organic Salmon Fillets
2 tbsp Organic Honey
1 tsp Ginger Powder
2 tsp Fish Sauce
1 tsp Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp Sesame Seed Oil
1/2 tsp Crushed Black Pepper
1/2 Organic Orange
What you'll need:
Baking Paper or Parchment Paper
Small Mixing Bowl
Pre heat oven: Fan: 190°C - Gas Mark: 5
Start by scraping the scales off the skin of the salmon if not done already.
Then rinse off your salmon and rub with an organic lemon
(I used a tsp of vinegar as I had run out of lemon).
Let it sit for 2 mins then rinse.
Next add all the your ingredients into the mixing bowl and mix till
Place salmon onto a sheet of baking or parchment paper.
Cut away a slice of the orange and squeeze the rest into your mix.
Generously marinate your salmon, garnish with fresh
coriander and place the slice of orange on top.
Sprinkle over with crushed black pepper and wrap in the baking/parchment paper
Pop into the oven and steam for 15 mins or till well done.
Take out the salmon once cooked and gently unravel the paper.
Contents may be very hot and release steam so carry out with care.
Serve with my King Prawn Quinoa.
